Setup Guides & Checklists in Event Mode

Two of your Gear setup happens right from inside Event Mode: the booth's setup guide, and the event's checklist.

Setup guide

From your progress timeline in Event Mode, opening the setup guide takes you — if the event uses a single booth type — straight into a full-screen, step-by-step walkthrough of that booth kit's setup guide, one step at a time, with any photos you attached when building the guide. If the event uses more than one booth type, you'll see a quick picker first to choose which booth's guide to open. Exiting the guide returns you to Event Mode exactly where you left off.

Checklist

The CHECK button in Event Mode's dock opens the event's checklist — built automatically from your checklist templates. Check items off as you go through load-in, pre-event, during, post-event, and load-out.

The checklist works offline: if you lose signal, your checks are saved on your device and sync automatically once you're back online. Nothing is lost waiting on a connection at a venue with bad reception.
