Messaging, Notes & Review QR in Event Mode

Below the checklist and setup guide, Event Mode has a bottom dock with a few more tools, available the whole time you're in Event Mode — not tied to any one phase.

MSG

Opens this event's message thread in place — the same thread as everywhere else in Bootheo, just accessible without leaving Event Mode. Useful for a quick "running 10 minutes behind" without breaking your flow.

NOTE

Logs a short note at any point during the event — a one-off observation, not a full report. Notes taken during load-in or while live are logged as general notes; anything logged during wrap-up is tagged as a post-event note automatically.

This is a lightweight scratchpad, and it's a different thing from the formal Post-Event Debrief your organization may require after a session. Use NOTE for anything you want on record in the moment; the debrief is the one your organization actually reviews afterward.

CAM

Uploads a photo directly to the event's photo record — quick documentation of setup, the venue, or anything worth a picture, without leaving Event Mode to dig through your camera roll.

REVIEW

Only shows up if your organization has a review link set up (Settings → Event Review, where you set the provider, review URL, and short link). When it's on, tapping it shows a QR code guests can scan to leave a review on the spot. There's nothing to configure from Event Mode itself — it just surfaces whatever you've already set up in Settings.
