What is Live Ops

Most of what goes wrong on event day happens in the gap between "I think they're there" and "I know they're set up." Live Ops closes that gap.
Live Ops is Bootheo's real-time visibility layer for active events. From the moment your crew starts progressing through the crew timeline, you can see exactly where each staff member is in their day — arrived, setting up, live, wrapping — without a single text message.
It's not something you set up. It activates automatically on event day as your crew checks in through the mobile app.
When to use it
Open Live Ops any time you have an event running. It's most valuable in three moments:
- Before the event starts — confirm your crew has arrived and setup is complete
- During the event — spot any crew member who hasn't progressed when they should have
- After the event — confirm load-out is complete and gear is on its way back
