The Operator View
Live Ops is available on both mobile and web. Both surfaces show the same data — use whichever fits the moment.
Today tab (mobile)
The Today tab is the first thing you see when you open the Bootheo app on event day. It's built around what's happening right now.
At the top, a summary line tells you how many events you have today. Below that, the Live Ops section shows each active event with a status indicator — Active or Needs Attention.
Each event card shows:
- Current crew timeline step for the event
- Every assigned staff member, their timeline step, and the timestamp it was logged
- An inline action prompt if something needs your attention — a missed setup confirmation, a crew member who hasn't arrived
If an action is required, a Confirm or Notify staff button appears directly on the card. You don't need to navigate anywhere — act from the Today tab.
Below active events, a Load-Out section appears once an event has concluded, showing gear return status for your crew.
Live Ops page (web)
From the dashboard, go to Events → Live Ops.
The web view shows the same event cards with full crew rosters and a visual 7-step progress bar for each staff member. Status flags — Action Required, Needs Attention — appear on the event card header.
If setup hasn't been confirmed after the event start time, the page surfaces a Notify staff button that sends an immediate nudge to the crew.
The page auto-refreshes. You don't need to reload it.
Which to use
Today tab is for when you're on-site or mobile. The web dashboard is for monitoring remotely — from home, from the office, or when you're running multiple events and need a larger view.
