Badges and Recognition
Every staff member on Bootheo builds a reputation over time — not self-reported, but earned through what they actually do on the job. And because reputation is tied to the individual, not the organization, it follows them across every org they work for on the platform.
The Reliability Score
Each staff member has a Reliability Score out of 5.0, visible on their profile under Settings → My Stats. It's calculated from real event data — on-time arrival rate, setup punctuality, completion rate, and clean departures. The score updates automatically as they complete sessions, and it reflects their full Bootheo history across all organizations they've worked for.
Four stats feed the score:
- Events — total completed sessions
- Streak — current consecutive zero-exception run
- On-Time Arrival — percentage of sessions where they arrived by call time
- Setup On Time — percentage of sessions where setup was complete before the event started
As an operator, this is your signal when building a crew. A staff member with a 4.8 across 30 events — across multiple operators — tells you something a résumé can't.
This is a per-staff-member score, distinct from the organization-level reliability score used on the White Label Board — see White Label Board: Engagements, Contact Reveal & Ratings for how that one works. The two track different things and don't feed each other.

Why this matters for operators
Badges give you a fast read on a staff member's experience profile — not just how reliable they are overall, but what kinds of events they've worked and how consistently. When you're staffing a corporate gala, a team member with Corporate Pro and Flawless tells you exactly what you need to know.
Staff see their own badge shelf and stats in the mobile app under Settings → My Stats.
