The Crew Timeline

Updated 21 Jun 20261 min read

The crew timeline is how Bootheo tracks your staff from confirmation through load-out — in real time, on every session. It's the backbone of Live Ops and the source of your staff reputation data.

The seven steps

StepWhat it means
ConfirmedStaff member has accepted the assignment
ArrivedThey've reached the venue
Setup CompleteBooth is set up and ready
LiveEvent is open for guests
WrappingBreakdown has begun
DepartedThey've left the venue
ReturnedGear is back and they're done

Who controls it

Staff progress through the timeline themselves, from the mobile app. Each step has a prompt telling them exactly what to tap and when. Steps are sequential — they can't skip ahead.

As the operator, you see each step update in real time through Live Ops on the web dashboard or the Today tab on mobile.

Why it matters beyond event day

Every step completion is recorded. Over time, this data builds into each staff member's reputation score — punctuality, reliability, follow-through. The operators who get the most out of Bootheo are the ones whose entire crew runs the timeline on every session.
