White Label Board: Opting In & Service Areas

Updated 22 Sep 20262 min read

The White Label Board is Bootheo's cross-org marketplace — a place to post that you need coverage for an event, or that you have coverage to offer, and connect with other Bootheo operators to fill the gap.

It's opt-in. Nothing about your organization is visible on the Board, and you can't see anyone else's listings, until you turn it on.

Who can turn it on

Only your organization's owner can join or leave the White Label Board, and only the owner can edit your operating areas, contact email, or board URL once you're in. Admins can post listings, browse the Board, and manage engagements day to day — but the opt-in itself is owner-only.

Joining

From Settings, find the White Label Board section and toggle List on the White Label Board. You'll set three things:

  • Operating areas — the metros where you're willing to send or receive coverage. You need at least one; the toggle won't save without it.
  • Contact email — where interested operators reach you once an engagement is accepted. This is never shown publicly — see White Label Board: Engagements, Contact Reveal & Ratings for how it's actually shared.
  • Board URL name — a short slug for your public profile page, at dash.bootheo.com/marketplace/org/<your-slug>. It defaults to your org name; change it if you want something shorter.

Once you save, your organization becomes visible to other opted-in operators on the Board and gets a public profile page.

What your public profile shows

Your profile at /marketplace/org/<slug> lists your active listings and a reliability score built from completed engagements. That score only publishes once you've completed and been rated on 3 or more engagements — before that, it reads "Not yet rated." There's nothing to configure here; it's purely a function of your engagement history.

If a metro area goes inactive

Bootheo occasionally deactivates a metro area (rare, but it happens). If one of your saved operating areas is affected, you'll see it flagged the next time you open the opt-in form. You'll need to remove it before you can save any other change — Bootheo won't silently drop it for you.

Leaving the Board

Toggle List on the White Label Board off and confirm. This takes effect immediately: your organization drops off the public Board and out of search, and any of your active listings are withdrawn — they are not restored if you rejoin later. Engagements that already reached accepted or completed stay intact and visible to both parties; leaving only affects new visibility going forward.

You can rejoin at any time by turning the toggle back on and re-entering your operating areas.
