Setting Your Availability
Every team member has their own availability calendar at Settings → Availability. It's personal — you're only ever setting your own status, and owners and admins see it when they're staffing an event, not before.
Setting a day
Click any day on the calendar and choose a status:
- Available — you're free to work that day.
- Tentative — you might be free; you're not sure yet.
- Off — you're not available.
A day with no status set just means you haven't said anything — it isn't treated as "off."
Setting a range at once
Shift-click a second day to select everything between your first click and that day, then choose a status. This sets every day in the range in one go — useful for blocking out a vacation or a busy stretch.
Setting a weekly pattern
Click a single day (don't shift-click) and you'll see a repeat every [weekday] option alongside the status picker. Turning this on sets a recurring default for that weekday — every future Saturday, for example — without having to click each one individually.
A specific date you've set always wins over the weekly pattern. If you're normally off on Saturdays but mark one specific Saturday as available, that one Saturday shows as available.
The calendar shows about six months ahead from today.
How this shows up when you're staffed
When an owner or admin is assigning staff to a session, your status for that date appears next to your name in the list of people they can assign — "Marked available," "Marked tentative," or "Marked off this day." If you're already assigned to a different event that same day, they'll see "Already booked [event]" instead — a real scheduling conflict always takes priority over a status you set yourself.
Marking yourself Tentative or Off doesn't block anyone from assigning you — it just means they'll see a confirmation step first, in case they need you anyway.
