Connecting BoothBook

If you use BoothBook to manage bookings, you can connect it to Bootheo so confirmed bookings import automatically as events. Once connected, Bootheo syncs every 15 minutes — no manual entry, no duplicates.

What you'll need

Your BoothBook credentials are found in your BoothBook account under API settings:

• Account URL — your BoothBook subdomain (e.g. https://yourcompany.boothbook.com)
• Client Key
• Secret Key

Steps

1. From the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Under BoothBook, enter your Account URL, Client Key, and Secret Key.
3. Select Connect.

Bootheo will verify your credentials and run an initial sync. Imported events appear in your Events list.

After connecting

• Bootheo syncs with BoothBook every 15 minutes automatically
• You can trigger a manual sync anytime by selecting Sync now on the BoothBook integration card
• Imported events stay in Bootheo if you disconnect — only new bookings stop syncing

Managing your connection

Your Account URL, Client Key, and Secret Key are visible on the connected card. Select Disconnect to remove the integration. You'll be asked to confirm before anything changes.
