Calendar Import: iCloud

Bootheo reads an iCloud calendar through its public calendar link.

Find your link

On a Mac:

1. Open Calendar.
2. Control-click the calendar that holds your bookings and choose Share Calendar.
3. Turn on Public Calendar.
4. Copy the link that appears (it starts with webcal://).

On iCloud.com:

1. Open iCloud Calendar.
2. Select the share icon next to your bookings calendar.
3. Turn on Public Calendar and copy the link.

Connect it

1. In the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar Import → Add calendar.
2. Choose iCloud and paste the link.
3. Choose what to import, select Preview, then Connect.

Good to know

• iCloud only offers a public link. It isn't listed anywhere, but anyone who has it can view the calendar, so keep it private.
• Turning Public Calendar off breaks the link. Bootheo will show "This calendar link stopped working" on the card.
