Connecting Zapier

Bootheo's Zapier integration works in two directions — you can push bookings from any tool into Bootheo, and pull upcoming events out of Bootheo into any other tool. No code required.

Before you start

Generate an API key in Bootheo:

1. From the dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Under Zapier, select Generate API Key.
3. Copy your key — you'll need it when configuring your Zap.

You can generate multiple keys and revoke them individually. If a key is compromised, revoke it and generate a new one — any Zap using the revoked key stops working immediately.

Sending bookings into Bootheo (inbound)

Use this when you want bookings from another tool — a form, a CRM, or another booking platform — to create events in Bootheo automatically.

1. In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the action.
2. Select the POST action type.
3. Set the URL to your Bootheo webhook endpoint: https://hmxykumcorctqajpedqf.supabase.co/functions/v1/inbound-booking
4. Add a header: x-api-key with your Bootheo API key as the value.
5. Map your booking fields to the Bootheo payload format (see below).

Pulling events from Bootheo (outbound)

Use this when you want upcoming Bootheo events to trigger actions in another tool — calendar updates, spreadsheet rows, notifications.

1. In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
2. Select the Retrieve Poll trigger type.
3. Set the URL to your Bootheo poll endpoint: https://hmxykumcorctqajpedqf.supabase.co/functions/v1/poll-events
4. Add a header: x-api-key with your Bootheo API key as the value.
5. Zapier will poll the endpoint on your chosen schedule and trigger the Zap for new events.
