White Label Board: Posting & Browsing Listings
Once you've joined the White Label Board, the Board has two tabs: Need Coverage and Offer Coverage. Which one you post to depends on which side of the deal you're on.
Need Coverage — you're short-staffed
Post here when you have a confirmed event and need another operator to cover it. A Need listing requires:
- One metro area — a need is tied to a single location, not a range.
- Event date, plus an optional end date for multi-day runs.
- At least one booth type you need covered (up to 10).
- Optional event type (wedding, corporate, school, quinceañera, birthday, prom, retirement, or other) and up to 280 characters of notes.
A Need listing automatically expires one day after the event (or the end date, for multi-day events) — you don't have to remember to take it down.
Offer Coverage — you have capacity to spare
Post here when you have crew or equipment available and want to pick up extra work. An Offer listing requires:
- 1–20 metro areas — an offer can cover a wider range than a need.
- At least one booth type you can provide (up to 10).
- Optional service radius (1–500 miles or km, depending on your region) and optional unit count — how many booths/kits you can send out at once.
- Up to 280 characters of notes.
An Offer listing runs for 90 days from when you post it, then expires automatically. Edit and repost if you're still available after that.
Browsing and expressing interest
On someone else's Need listing, the action is Express interest — you're the one offering to fill their gap. On someone else's Offer listing, the action is Reach out — you're the one who might need what they're offering. Either way, this creates a pending engagement between your two organizations; nothing is confirmed until the listing's owner accepts. See White Label Board: Engagements, Contact Reveal & Ratings for what happens next.
You can filter the Board by metro, booth type, and event date range to narrow things down.
A few things worth knowing
- You can't express interest on your own listing.
- Only one active engagement is allowed per listing per counterparty organization — if you've already reached out, the card shows "Interest sent" instead of the button.
- Posting a listing or expressing interest requires owner or admin access, same as most organization-level actions in Bootheo.
- If a listing you're interested in gets withdrawn or filled by someone else first, it simply disappears from the Board — there's nothing left to interact with.
