Plans and Pricing
Bootheo offers three plans you can start yourself, plus Agency for operators running more than 15 booths. Solo, Crew and Studio each come with unlimited seats — inviting your whole crew never costs extra and never requires an upgrade. Plans differ by how many booths you can run.

On Solo, Crew and Studio, annual billing works out to two months free versus paying monthly.
Choosing the right plan
Choose based on how many booths you run, not how many staff you have — seats are unlimited on Solo, Crew and Studio. Solo covers a single booth. Crew covers up to five. Studio covers up to fifteen, for operations running a larger or rotating booth fleet.

Free trial
Solo, Crew and Studio each start with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
To choose Solo, Crew or Studio, the account owner goes to Settings → Plan & billing in the Bootheo dashboard.
